Product samples are sometimes needed for our customers to see and touch the merchandise they intend to use. Whether you are a new or existing customer we will endeavour to send you free samples to ensure you are choosing the right product prior to your purchase.

However, depending on the size, quantity and price of the items requested we sometimes will need to charge for certain samples plus the carriage. Should you decide to go ahead and order then these costs will be taken into consideration.
